As I wipe the dust from my face and flick the cricket from my shoe, you may wonder 'Is she a camel enthusiast or just a volunteering mad woman?' Well, you can decide. Hailing from the middle of England (Essex) via mid-America (San Francisco) to the middle of nowhere (really, you think you're going to know where my village in Morocco is?), I Ruth, 28, fearlessly (most of the time) attempt to learn arabic, eat goat, make bread and save the world.
